Leadership and Volunteer Experiences

Spanish-Speaking Student Mentor
On the left is a photo of my two students, Noel and Yecson, supporting me at one of my collegiate soccer games. In the Spring of 2024, I began volunteering at an elementary school located 30 minutes outside of Clemson. The school was in need of mentors who can speak Spanish and act as a resource for recently migrated students who have found themselves in very challenging life situations. The goal of the mentorship is to help provide stability in the students' lives as they look to find a new normal.

Valiant Player Ambassador
Valiant Player is a 501c non-profit organization that uses means of sport to help families get through difficult times. During my sophomore year, I began working with Valiant Player on hospital visits, bringing positive energy and connection to patients in the local children's hospital. To the right, you can see a photo of two friends and I visiting a young cancer survivor.
Clemson Men's Soccer Representative

Throughout my collegiate athletic career, I have served as a representative of the program on multiple occasions including. Above you can see myself and a teammate with other Clemson staff members, representing our university and athletic program in the governors office on statewide Clemson Day. In the other picture, we are assisting the South Carolina Department of Transportation in unveiling road signs that recognize our soccer program's achievement of winning 4 national championships.
