MGT 4230 - International Business Management
This course provides an overview of the theoretical and institutional complexities involved in international business operations. Key topics include exporting, importing, foreign investment, the role of multinational corporations, and the international payment system.
ECON 3060 - Managerial Economics
This course applies economic analysis to identify and classify organizational problems, evaluate information, and compare alternative courses of action. It focuses on connecting economic theory with real-world managerial practices. Note that it cannot be used to fulfill degree requirements for an Economics major.

ECON 3140 - Intermediate Microeconomics
This course provided an analytical study of core microeconomic concepts, focusing on value and distribution across different market structures. It examined how various market conditions affect pricing, resource allocation, and economic efficiency.
SPANISH
SPAN 3160 - Spanish for International Business I
This course is an introduction to commercial Spanish, focusing on both spoken and written communication within the Spanish-speaking business world. It covers business-specific vocabulary, key business and cultural concepts, and offers practical exercises in real-world situations while also engaging in reading and analyzing commercial texts.
SPAN 4160 - Spanish for International Business II
This course delves into more advanced business vocabulary and explores cultural aspects and market environments in Hispanic countries. It addresses social, political, and economic issues affecting Spanish- speaking nations and their roles in global marketing. Topics include the economic geography of Hispanic countries, as well as key business concepts such as company organization, management, banking, investment, goods and services, and marketing strategies.
SPAN 3040 - Introduction to Hispanic Literary Forms
This course introduces the fundamental structures and elements of fiction, poetry, drama, and essays in Spanish. It includes an exploration of literary and critical theory, with a focus on reading and analyzing 19th- and 20th- century literature from Spain and Spanish America.
SPAN 3070 - The Hispanic World: Spain
This course introduced the major cultural aspects of Spain, covering its history from ancient origins to the present. It emphasized Spain's artistic, social, historical, and political developments, along with contemporary issues on the Iberian Peninsula.
SPAN 3050 - Intermediate Spanish Conversation & Composition I
This course focused on improving spoken Spanish through practice in vocabulary, pronunciation, intonation, and comprehension. It also included written assignments to enhance accuracy and language lab exercises for immersive learning.
SPAN 3020 - Intermediate Spanish Grammar & Composition
This course concentrated on refining Spanish grammar and composition skills, emphasizing accurate language use in both written and spoken forms. It provided in-depth grammar practice to improve fluency and precision in communication.

A two-week course taken in Italy which aimed to gain critical insight into efficient and sustainable methods for projects and development surrounding sport in Europe.

This course covered the foundational principles of marketing, including strategies for planning, pricing, promoting, and distributing goods and services. It provided an overview of key marketing concepts essential for understanding market dynamics and consumer engagement.
PRTM 3640 - Progressive Trends in Collegiate Athletics
This course outlined the organizational structure of collegiate athletics, the potential job positions, and corresponding trends of the industry. Led by a former NCAA Division II athletic director, the course focused heavily on career development and networking within collegiate athletics.
MKT 3220 - Social Media Marketing
This course explored consumer interaction with firms on social media platforms, examining platform norms, purposes, and communication strategies. Through discussions and presentations, I developed skills to create effective social media promotions and strategies, as well as acclimated to social media marketing platforms and softwares.

This course examined management’s role in economic production, focusing on essential management functions, organizational principles, and behavior within organizations. It provided insights into effective management practices and organizational dynamics.
